The moment it all started:
I first flipped through a glossy fashion magazine in a bikini store in Santorini. I think I must have been over 14 since I remember wearing a bikini top. And that was when I first became curious about fashion.”
Globetrotter: “I spend a lot of time in Europe. My roots will never disappear. Most of the things I do, say and how I dress dress is European.
But I find a lot of inspiration when I’m with my friends in India. Their spiritual way of living life frees the soul and lets creativity loose. In the Western world I’m so locked into time and meetings that it makes me stagnant.”
The witching hour: “Most of my ideas come when I’m walking alone in the streets. Especially at night.”
Source of inspiration for fall: “My friend gave me a Japanese sushi book. I got obsessed with looking at the sexy organic shapes, shimmer and colors of the flesh and skin. I found a whole new world of creatures in the Japanese ocean that I didn’t know existed.”
