Between a huge rainstorm that hit England on Saturday and a massive Nor’easter that pounded America’s east coast on Friday, it seemed like it was raining just about everywhere this past weekend (or at least according to all the complaints about it on my Facebook newsfeed). Therefore, I’ve chosen these nifty Givenchy cowboy boots for today’s style pick. They’re mostly rubber, which means you can work them in the worst rain or snow storm. And yet they look chic enough to rock when the weather is dry too.
