The Orient and Daphne Guinness references gave this collection a very grown-up, worldly feel to it. Think the wardrobe of that eccentric, globe-trotting aunt who couldn’t be bothered to stay at home and have kids (exotic chinoiserie kimonos worn over blazers, dramatic satin wrap dresses, a go-to-hell military cape with dip-dyed fur pelts, you get the idea.) And to satisfy the brand’s loyalists, designer Veronica Etro gave the family’s trademark paisley prints a thorough remix complete with dragons and florals.
